"There is no justice in the court of appeals"
Steve gave me this quote which he says was made by a judge on the State Court of Appeals. In that venue a judge is titled Judge (name) not Justice (name). I have been thinking about it today both literally and with a deeper meaning.
It was nice to have Steve home again. We had dinner together last night for the first time in a week and it was also the first time in awhile we could just sit and talk. Mike on second shift may have some advantages in that regard. We both talked about John and life in general and I again fell back on the fact that sometimes life is just so unfair. That is the story behind the quote today.
A musical link from a friend. Eric Clapton after his 4 year old son died.

Hey Sweet Friend - glad Steve is home with you too! I am sure you both can offer the best comfort to one another.
I agree, life isn't fair, and I think it hurts so much because we were designed for a "Garden" - planet earth is a tough "plan B"!
You remain in my thoughts, and I continue to pray for you each day.
Love and blessings your way!
Hi Linda,
I am glad Steve is home. I think of you two often and hope all is moving forward. I am thinking of you...
Girl friend...every once in awhile I have no words to share with you and today seems to be one of those times. I am glad Steve is home and understand how very important it is to have private time to talk from soul to your soulmate. Prayers for both of you.
